Service Complaints & Claims Management System

Ask2Travel is committed to a “customer satisfaction guaranteed” policy and operates a 5-step complaint management system, including, but not limited to, claims for loss or damage to customer property.

Process and records complaints.
Investigate and analyze the complaint immediately upon receipt
Acknowledge complaint within three (5) business days
Resolve the problem within eight (8) working days and provide a written copy of the resolution to the Contracting Officer's Representative
Follow-up with customer This 5-step process helps identify errors and root causes, as well as capture constructive ideas for improving offerings, adapting marketing practices, upgrading services or modifying services.
