Ticket Management Solutions
Ask2Travel adheres to the following policy for unused or partially used airline or other tickets:
- Refundable tickets. Fully or partially refunded tickets are reimbursed directly to the customer.
- Open tickets. Tickets remain open for use with future travel and are maintained in Let’s Tour records so that the customer may use them for a travel with the same carrier or by paying the penalty or fare difference if applicable.
- Non-refundable tickets. The customer is advised before tickets are issued.
Service Complaints & Claims Management System
Ask2Travel is committed to a “customer satisfaction guaranteed” policy and operates a 5-step complaint management system, including, but not limited to, claims for loss or damage to customer property.
- Process and records complaints.
- Investigate and analyze the complaint immediately upon receipt
- Acknowledge complaint within three (5) business days
- Resolve the problem within eight (8) working days and provide a written copy of the resolution to the Contracting Officer's Representative
- Follow-up with customer This 5-step process helps identify errors and root causes, as well as capture constructive ideas for improving offerings, adapting marketing practices, upgrading services or modifying services.
