Your role
We are currently seeking a Ticketing Agent & Travel Consultant with a passion for travel and creating lifetime experiences to join our company and play a key role in guiding, promoting, and booking travel services.
As part of a highly motivated team of travel consultants your main role is to offer travel services to Ask2Travel customers from our office in Athens and consistently exceed their expectations and deliver exceptional results. The position reports to the Agency Network Supervisor, B2B Services.

Your Responsibilities

Handle reservation requests with emphatically to customer needs and always offer the best options possible to perfectly match their requests.
Communicate directly with clients regarding changes, clarifications, information etc.
You will be very competent in communicating with the customer over the telephone or by e-mail to discuss their journey needs in detail and guide them through all the available choices for domestic and international destinations, transport, insurance, and tariffs.
Identify and analyze potential problems, develop solutions, and submit proposals for improvement regarding service levels and quality of service.
You will be the point of reference for the customers.

Desired qualifications

Working experience in a similar position, Travel & Tourism / Airline industry is appreciated.
Excellence know-how of Global Distribution System on Airline reservation System (Sabre or Amadeus),
Hotel reservation (Endtrada, Webhotelier) and Ferry reservation (Linknoss or Certus) are desirable competencies,
Excellent user of MS Office (Word, Excel)
High level of professionalism and customer service skills.
Team player, proactive, creative, able to multi-task and work independently
Strong problem-solving skills and able to successfully resolve customer issues.
Proficient in English and Greek, both oral and written
